This summer, Annalisa Huckaby (West Virginia University Undergraduate Student and SURE fellow) and Gage Pyles (West Liberty University undergraduate student and INBRE fellow) worked in the laboratory to clone and express important antigens for our vaccine work on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bordetella pertussis. They both presented their work at the SURE and INBRE symposium. Annalisa even took first place in the category of Biological Sciences!
